Coming from over 10 years of retail and kitchen service, Owner Joao Diaz is breaking into his long desired passion: coffee.
We start by crafting most of our syrups from scratch. The idea of Static Coffee Co. is to create great coffee with amazing profiles. We strive for our coffee and matcha drinks to have a real ingredient taste in each flavorful sip.
We began by looking into being a traditional coffee shop location. Given the economic climate and commercial leasing challenges of 2026, we pivoted to a home-based coffee shop so we can focus more on the quality of our drinks. This also allows us to create a community among our neighborhood by being: local, intimate and welcoming.
